Hi there, my name is Sam. Holistic healing has been in my life since I was a child, whether it was making funny potions in my garden, having Reiki & reflexology from my grandparents, or participating in yoga classes with my mum.

I have been providing relaxation & reiki massage for 7 years and pregnancy specific massage for 1 and a half years all the while completing a health science bachelors degree in Acupuncture which, I will be able to incorporate into my list of holistic healing services early 2023 at Coastal Wellness Cottage East Gosford.

For me, healing is about reconnecting and grounding the mind and body back into one. In modern life, we expect so much from ourselves by making our lives so busy & overwhelming. We have forgotten to enjoy the little things that matter in our life & look after ourselves not just by using pills and supplements but drawing energy and life from our environment, the universe, and the supportive people around us. The best feeling is when I feel tension melt away in a persons body during their massage or they manage to catch a few z’s when everything else around them has been keeping them awake.

Reiki healing, massage and especially Acupuncture supports the resting and digesting state of the nervous system, improves blood & lymphatic circulation, boosts immunity, promotes smooth digestion, encourages fertility, and decreases pain.

At Coastal Wellness Cottage my offerings are Pregnancy massage, Relaxation massage, Deep tissue massage, Post-natal massage, and as of 2023 I will also be offering Traditional Chinese Medicine services including Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion & Gua Sha.
