Hi, I'm Lauren Maree, a vibrant mix of yoga teacher, design enthusiast, marketing scientist, space holder and entrepreneurial mentor. As a Manifesting Generator, my world is wonderfully diverse, filled with exciting projects and heartfelt pursuits. My Capricorn Sun, Leo Moon and Leo Rising make me a loving and dedicated human you’ll want on your team.

In my yoga practice, I bring over a decade of experience to the mat. My classes are a thoughtful blend of ancient yogic traditions, modern neuroscience, positive psychology, and energy work. Whether it's vinyasa, yin, prenatal, or meditation, my teaching style is mindful and expansive. I'm passionate about guiding individuals toward greater self-awareness and empowerment, using yoga as a tool for both relaxation and personal breakthroughs. Nature's healing powers greatly influence my approach, infusing my teachings with a sense of groundedness and inspiration.

My professional journey is eclectic. I hold certifications in NLP, Coaching, Interior Design, and more, reflecting my broad interests and skills. Prior to founding my own business, I honed my skills in Communications, Leisure and Health, Social Coordination, and Community Building. Currently, I'm also the Marketing and Community Engagement Manager at KoWorks, a lively and progressive coworking space on the Central Coast.

I'm the proud founder of The Collective, a supportive community for spiritual wellness practitioners. Additionally, I've expanded my services to assist soulful entrepreneurs in launching and growing their businesses, offering expertise in branding, content creation, web design, marketing, and consulting.

Outside of work, I am a dedicated mother to two magnetic and spirited children and a free spirit, myself, committed to intentional living and celebrating life small, humbling, beautiful moments. My life is a tapestry of meaningful connections, creative endeavours, and a passion for crafting a life filled with purpose and service to others.
