Hello, I’m Laura. I'm so glad you have found me!

I’ve been a Massage Therapist for 18 years and I’m a Mum living at Lisarow on the Central Coast with my partner and our four children. 

I am qualified and experienced in remedial, relaxation, fertility, pregnancy, postnatal, trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, infant massage, reiki healer, Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner and am a First Moons Circle facilitator. I have also been a birth doula but am no longer offering this service due to my own family commitments.

I have a passion for supporting women through lifes biggest transitions: menarche, pregnancy, birth and the post partum period. I understand through my own experiences, how important support and nurturing is needed during these times.

I have a love for nature, I'm a Vedic meditator and am committed to my own inner healing.

I have a home clinic at Lisarow and I’m also a mobile therapist (I come to your home which is great if you're heavily pregnant, just had a baby, have children home or working from home).

I offer health fund rebates and gift vouchers.
